With over 25 years of experience within the Facilities Management industry, Nuala Scott brings extensive strategic and operational expertise to her dual role as Head of Business Improvement and Group Human Resources Manager at Totalis.

Nuala leads the continuous improvement and compliance agenda across the Totalis Group, driving innovation, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards through the implementation of robust systems and best practices. Her focus is on ensuring operational excellence, governance, and the consistent delivery of high-quality services across all business divisions.

As Group Human Resources Manager, Nuala is responsible for fostering a positive, people-focused culture that champions professional development, inclusivity, and wellbeing. She works closely with senior leadership to embed progressive HR and compliance frameworks, ensuring Totalis remains a responsible employer and a trusted partner to clients.

Throughout her 25-year career, Nuala has held senior leadership roles across the FM sector, specialising in business transformation, operational management, and regulatory compliance. Her depth of experience and passion for continuous improvement underpin Totalis’ commitment to quality, integrity, and innovation in every aspect of its operations.
